Calculate the scattered electric field at the site where the source is placed?

Hello everyone, would you please help me about the following question?

The spontaneous emission of an electric dipole can be viewed as the forced oscillation exerted by the electric field it produces: Near a metal object, this field can be regarded as the scattered electric field at the site of the dipole which is produced by the dipole itself. Although I can evaluate the spontaneous emission rate by integrate the Poynting vector, I do want to evaluate the scattered field.

However, in comsol, emw.E represents the total electric field (I want the scattered field!) and is very large close to an electric dipole. How to calculate the scattered field at the site of the dipole (the dipole is placed near complex metal structures)?

Thanks very much!!!
