how to eatablish a 3D EM plane wave for multilayer films

hi everybody, i'm start to learn comsol, and i want to eastablish a planwave in 3D, the structure has multilayer, there has a example only on layer and use port condition to difine EM, but I don't know how to do with muiltilayer, can you help me.
